Track A – Adapting Frugal Innovation Principles To Enterprise Technology Innovation
Innovation no more affords the luxuries of unlimited purse strings and endless blue-sky debates in enterprises. Coupled with the realities of shrinking budgets and ever-changing macro trends, this mean that a big bang approach is no longer the "one-size-fits-all" answer to innovation. The frugal approach is therefore fast emerging as a viable and hugely more feasible alternative. The workshop will cover examples of early movers who are already reaping the rewards of Frugal Innovation principles applied to technology innovation within the enterprise.
Workshop conducted by David Lane and Mike Herd
Track B – Circular Economy Session : The workshop will focus on the interplay between Circular Economy and the Internet of Things with presentations from both academics and practitioners in the field.
